Designate a gift
A contribution to the Capernaum Foundation is a wonderful way to honor someone, whether its in memory of a loved one, a special event, or just to let them know you appreciate him or her. Birthdays, graduations, anniversaries and many other occasions make a wonderful time to recognize someone you love with the gift of health for another. The Capernaum Foundation will recognize your gift with a certificate to the person honored and on our website. Many of the people we serve are also raising personal funds for their portion of the medical expense. In order to help one of them, you can also designate your gift for the benefit of an individual patient to aid him or her gather the necessary funds for treatment. We hold 100% of those funds for approved patients until they are ready to obtain the care they need. |
